Kettle Bells, what's your favorite exercise?

I don't know if it was my favorite but definitely
Challenging.. The exercise when u start lying down and reach above head grab kettle bell and stand up. Crazy stuff!!

Who knows, maybe kettle bells will replace my other favorite....squat thrusts LOL
