I joined the gym in February and began to work out with Michael Esposito in March of this year. Although I have been working out for years, this was my first experience with a personal trainer.
I went into my first sessions under the belief that, I was in pretty good physical condition and not being young, I was pretty much at the best I could be fitness wise.
After six weeks of working out with Michael my attitude totally changed. I have lost weight and my body is the most toned it has ever been. The great thing about my success story is that I was working out 5-6 times a week on my own, now I only have two 1 hour sessions a week with Michael and one or two cardio workouts on my own. Less time spent in the gym with great results.

Dropped 25lbs of Fat!
I started training with Mike Esposito about 10 weeks ago. Today I went to my doctor with gratifying results. 14 lbs. lighter, sugar count back down to normal, and cholesterol levels down. I have more energy and feel more confident in myself. I have a long way to go but I know I can do it. Mike encourages me to keep going. The important thing I noticed is that I must continue to do the cardio. It is a very necessary part of the process. Thank you Mike. You are helping to make my goals realistic.

My goal was to improve mental health, ie. Help with stress management. Not only did I improve my stress level, but I improved my body fat percentage and weight.
Mike our bootcamp leader was an awesome leader and added so much to my fitness experience. Mike quickly adjusted each workout to the independent and lastly different needs of each of the women present. He demonstrated interpersonal skills which made each of his participants feel welcolmed, safe, comfortable, and a part of a group. Mike also demonstrated a very great knowledge of the body and workout techniques while showing sincerity to each of his clients.

Mike cares about us! He watches closely how we are doing. If he notices we are having a tough time, he backs off. He encourages us to stay on our diet program. He shows a great understanding when we feel like giving up and encourages us not to look back. He tells us to go on from there. We have never had a trainer before, so we cannot compare him to a former training, but Mike is a joy to be around. He makes us feel good about ourselves and he has a great sense of humor which is important to us.

I joined the gym about eight months ago, I had Mike Esposito as my trainer. I have to tell you I really enjoyed him. He made me feel very comfortable. He’s a great person, who is determined on achieving your goals and making you feel confident in yourself. I f the is a machine that I am having problems with he is more than willing to help and push me a little harder. Mike made me more motivated to try different exercises to help my troubled areas. I can happily say I have lost seven pounds and one dress size. I am a happy size 3. I look forward to going to the gym 3-4 times a week. He successfully help me accomplish my goals. Prior to working with Mike I hated the idea of working out and I loved junk food. I am 5’3” and weighed about 141 lbs. I hated the way I looked and felt. I was often very depressed, rendering me with very little energy. I also had a horrible lower back causing me to have poor posture. Mike found ways to work around my back pains and ways to make it stronger. It helped me deal with the daily strain on my back.
Mike was very honest with me. He made it clear that it would be a solid month before I start to see or feel any changes. One month following Mike’s training I began to feel a difference. I had more energy and was sleeping much better and I no longer dreaded the workout. The first physical change I saw was in my arms and legs. It felt great! For the first time in a long time my clothes weren’t snug tight.
Here I am five months later and I am still working out 3 days a week. I have lost 4% body fat and 10 inches. I still am working towards my goals and from what I have seen; it should be no problem at all.
